The only reason I haven’t blocked them yet is to see if anyone calls them out on their high potential of tracing. But I’m heavily debating on saying “fuck it” and wiping them from my feed for good because what the fuck. How are so many people in the fandom just eating this shit up…

A reminder that MiHoYo is not, and never was, a target of the strike as has been confirmed by the actual VAs, but rather a collective work refusal to try and turn the company from non-union to union. These are two very different things and should be acknowledged as such.

At this point I just need to steady myself & prepare for certain VAs to get recasted if they don’t drop out of the union or work despite it. Which fucking sucks, I don’t want my favorite VAs to lose their jobs & iconic roles. It’ll kill my love of their characters to hear someone that isn’t them.

The Donghua truly has rotted people’s perception of Hualian’s canon features by removing or changing them entirely.😞😞

Why must Clip Studio have a subscription on mobile… The amount of FOMO I experience every time I see someone showcase a super cool tool or extremely detailed brush that I can’t have on any other program…

If Atlus wished to frame it differently, they should’ve left out the blatant disrespect towards trans & gay folk. If they wanted it to be intepreted correctly they had the chance, but it’s far too late. At the very least I hope P4R will add a Yosuke romance route. It won’t fix their mistakes, but…

I was honestly hoping that they’d never remake P4. Especially after that godsawful fucking Golden ending where everyone conformed to fit in with society and lost their character entirely. But here we are, to my dismay. Anyways, I’m always going to be a firm believer in trans man Naoto & Gay Kanji.

The most disappointing thing is that Atlus will not change these things in the revival. Hardly anything was changed in P3R, and I doubt they’d change things in P4R especially since it would make bigots upset and Atlus cares more about the incel money than fixing outdated bigotry.

Such as Naoto’s dating route, seeing as MC has to push the female identity upon Naoto to even get the chance to unlock the romance path. That part was simply sickening, my sibling is a Naoto fan & wanted to date them but couldn’t because they refused to choose that horrible fucking option.

Not to mention the whole sex-change premise of Naoto’s dungeon. It infuriates me how Naoto was handled, it’s almost as if Atlus WANTED Naoto to be a mockery towards trans folk. As if they wanted to inflict discomfort with every instance of disrespect towards Naoto.

If these two points were true, then Kanji’s lore wouldn’t be so full of shame and centered around the premise of being gay. Naoto wouldn’t be so deeply uncomfortable in their own skin and seem so closed off when so-called “friends” creeped on them about their body & forced femininity on them.

If their intentions were supposed to be “straight man fighting against gender norms” & “cis woman fighting against career discrimination but learning to fight openly rather than disguised as a man”, then they fucking failed. Massively. Playing that game was MISERABLE during their character arcs.
