Adding onto the pile of delays, I'm unhappy with 2/3rds of Chapter XXIV, and about half of Chapter XXV, so those are also going to have to be rewritten as well.

After some experimentation, it is obvious that the character formatting system needs an overhaul. I will do my best to keep things as close to how they used to be, but nearly all of the new characters will likely get complete formatting changes.
