I do believe I've found Peak Romance Anime. Some of the best plot, characters, and comedy I've seen in a romance in a minute. It beats Alya imo and that was a TALL hill. All that and one of the top 3 dubs ive ever heard.

Been going down the rabbit hole of anime lately, and I think the 'Rascal Does Not Dream..' series might be some of the best I've seen in years, genuinely. Bunny-girl Senpai and Dreaming Girl were emotional rollercoasters that I never wanted to step off of. Cannot WAIT for S2.
