Example first message ("honey, eggs are 3 dozen for 20 dollars"). Translation, communicate in two days at 17:00 hours. Moscow rules :-)

My phone cost me $30. That is not viable for casual anonymous chats, but for anonymous emergency comms it is fine. Drug cartels can afford that expense on a daily basis too.

It is a one time pad. Pre arranged messages made to a week known number (for example, arranging a time for a return message, with the phone offline till then. The return can be from a burner phone). The longer you use it, the longer the burner phone is on, the greater the chance of discovery.

Post 2/3 I went to a grocery store in a city I normally don't go to. Bought a flip phone with a separate battery, and then a sun card with 60 minutes on it. No plan. Paid with cash. The phone sits in my garage, no sim, the battery is my house charging. (Hmm. Should keep the phone in a steel box).

So why do you want to install Linux? With all due respect, no one is holding a gun to ones heads. If your current OS works for you why invit all the hassle?

May I add the Indian version of struggle meals? Take a chapati (unleavened bread like a flour tortilla except all puffed up), add ghee and brown sugar, and roll it up like a burrito. I'll put up ghetto Indian burritos against John Scalzi's creations.

This is authentic Indian cuisine. My mom used ghee instead of butter, but same. One could also experiment with adding Greek yogurt (let my mom pretend it was a little bit healthy).

Also from the article We do not yet fully understand how GLP1RA work, but these and other studies are showing that weight loss alone cannot completely account for the many kidney, metabolic, and kidney benefits that these agents provide," said Neha Pagidipati, MD, MPH, FACC, JACC associate editor

Based on my understanding of the papers the improvement in cardiovascular health goes beyond just weight loss. www.acc.org/About-ACC/Pr...
