Oh yeah, I don't disagree. These government projects always take so long though that futureproofing is a big concern. Being online with 'broadband' at all is clearly more important than just quality.
Anecdotally though... I think I'm up to about 55 or 60 IPs for just my home network.

In theory, this is just an administrative stay to allow the court time to consider the matter.
But, of course, it puts off an order that was going to allow some transparency into the group that insisted it was going to make government more transparent but is now fighting to SCOTUS to stop that.
