Yes, it was the cover for the "Fellanie Spring Fling" back in 2023 🥰!
And I originally made this illustration for a previous Fellanie Flash with the theme "passing note".
These events were both organized by crumbsandyums! Wish I could tag them but they do not seems to be around here : /

I also look at a lot of pinterest references (regency movies and shows here) and often use complementary colors. Then, I try to adust and harmonize the entire drawing with grain/noises. Sometimes it works, and for this one, I am still happy with the result! 🌠

It's funny cause it wasn't my first choice of colors haha!
I use Procreate on my Ipad and before coloring, I always try to visualize my main colors with a little vignette. Then, I digress, panic and pray the universe forces so my drawing ends up looking okay haha...
