You can only request ballots so far in advance. Midterms are not until the end of 2026 and I'm pretty sure they won't have them ready until it gets closer

Next time if you need to vote by mail, just find your county's .gov website and look for their election board info. Try to do this over a month in advance because of potential deadlines/waiting for the ballot

All workers use their brains and have to commit to work. You get fired if you don't. But the big guys at least get golden parachutes, so you can argue that they DON'T have the incentive to really commit to work.
