If they put in a kill switch that removed ChatGPT and Apple Intelligence, I’d consider upgrading, but they’d have to actually deep-scrub that thing of all such features; and with how Big Tech is losing its mind over AI, I know that would never happen, so… yeah, I think I’m just done.

I dunno. It’s late, & I am tired; I always tell myself to never post publicly after it gets too late. Maybe I’ll delete this come morning, maybe I’ll leave it up. Maybe I’ll start posting the things I draw… it isn’t like I draw that much anyway, what’s 1 or 2 pics a year in the scheme of it all?

Even this! In the back of my head, a voice is telling me “this is nice but, seriously, you should probably delete these, it’s pretty cringe.” I don’t know what to make of that. I don’t know how to get past something like that - well, I mean; I do. Just post something. See that the world doesn’t end.

I guess I’ve always underestimated what it would mean to share things I drew/draw with people, and how it might have affected me to be known through them. My pfp here on BlueSky is the closest I’ve came to publishing anything I’ve drawn before. I’m not even sure what I’m afraid of, either?

It makes me wonder, though, if I were the kid I was when I first got my copy of the Survival Kit, but in a world like today with iPads and apps as good as ToonSquid. I had no way of sharing the animations I did back then, and no one to share with. I think that might have even been before FurAffinity
