📢 Behind the scenes level design! 1/2🧵 How is the beautiful environment of StarRupture made? You're seeing one of our level designers meshing a gully transition from one biome to another. The designer used rocks, vegetation, and dried up stream beds to properly transition to a gravel desert.

This is seriously one of the most beautiful photos of the Sun I’ve seen. Interesting that it shows limb brightening (lighter around the edges) instead of the usual darkening. That will be because of the filter the photographer used (though unfortunately the article doesn’t say which one) 🧪🔭
