PIP is based on disability and additional needs and not because one is poor. Really important to keep the message clear. It's to support with the additional costs. UC is the benefit to assist with lower incomes etc.

Is it possible for a FOI on the legal advice they got? Im guessing they are not a specialist human rights firm/barrister lawyer. Probably an ambulance chaser sort.
