Loads too do! Think they took a poaching approach last summer. A few decent kids btw the u16s & u18s now - so many more needed & player pathway to 1st team needed. No more jobs for ex players etc. Best people in every dept

👍👍 Got to get back to being best in class again.
I know of top kid, how 14 & Everton season ticket holder since 8 who was scouted by Everton & City. City gave him an amazing welcome, training gear etc. EFC coach didn’t know he was even trialling & asked why he was there. Put him off! Gotta change

Needs development & needs to become a welcome place for parents & academy players. So much competition in NW. Has to be the best to attract the best. NSNO

Finch Farm is 17 years old & outdated compared to others in the league.
Our academy isn’t good enough. Needs massive investment. Day 1 priority amongst many others

Can’t remember their keeper making a save of mate.
Everything we do is slow & easy to play against.
We get a corner & players walk to take it. Thrown ins go backwards.
Even our ballboys & girls can’t be arsed moving quickly (or at all) to give the ball back.
