Pedophilia is defined as a sexual attraction to children pre-puberty.
Sexual abuse of toddlers, children, and/or teens is something way different.
I know in the media it’s always used synonymous, however, it is pedophilia is a paraphilia, and not a crime.

Zur Wahrheit gehört jedoch auch, dass sich die USA bis Pearl Harbor (Dez. 1941) komplett aus dem Krieg raushielten, denn es passierte ja auf den europäischen und afrikanischen Kontinenten.
Erst 1941 erklärten die USA Japan den Krieg.
Und durch Churchills Betteln halfen sie auch gegen Hitler.

Es gibt auch Eilrechtsschutz im Verwaltungsrechtsweg (§ 47 VI VwGO) aber nur gegen Landesrecht und BauGB.
