It's easy to say that, and of course the best outcome is farms pay IHT. But to do this we need to reform the food supply chain so it doesn't put them out of business. The speed of these changes means a good many farms will cease to be viable from this.

I think there are some good arguments for devolution overall but not at the expense of local services delivery *and*, given the inaccuracies North Norfolk Reform are Tweeting about who voted for what at last week's Norfolk County Council Full Council, democratic accountability.

Yes to the first two questions. Although this policy doesn't really fully disincentivise land banking either. Raising the threshold would help, as would separating actual farming - classification data that already exists.
