I took 8 years off. Picked up abt 55 lbs & started Jan 1 (at age 49). Goal was simple... 70,000 steps / week with a stretch Goal of 10 5Ks. I've hit ~160 days of 10,000 steps, down 30 lbs (25 to go), & completed 5 5Ks... But the first 4 weeks were a pain in the arse. Will add strength training soon.

It'll be between $3,500 - $5,500 by the time they turn 18. Imagine if they notice that and started adding their own $1,000 to $7,000 into the account every year until they hit 60. Maybe this is what is needed for people to learn about compounding of money so they will be well off in retirement. 🤷🏼♂️

I read the original in 2005... It's been updated twice, last in 2007. The Q was what book influenced you. This book taught and discussed globalization and was an excellent book discussing that there are now no barriers to accessing global skills to help you accomplish anything.
