Thanks a lot, Andrea! I know I’ve had to (and continue to have to!) earn the trust and faith of this fan base. That work won’t stop. I think my first year, there were times I tried to do too much. But the last two years, I’m more comfortable being me. And giving myself grace as I try to improve.

Staff production isn’t very deep right now, there is no debating that. The trust tree needs some regrowth. As for Vesia, we’ve seen his velo dip and fluctuate before—not super concerned with that right now. The HR rate for him and the rest of the group? That has been and remains a concern, for sure.
