I just watched the film Gone Girl for the first time. I’ve seen most of David Fincher’s films so I know he can be an unpredictable filmmaker who is not above using shocking twists in his work. I cannot describe how relieved I was that the cat survived.

I watched The Electrical Life Of Louis Wain yesterday with Vicky and Luna expecting to watch a sweet and quirky story about a guy who drew cat pictures. I did not expect to cry uncontrollably for a solid ten minutes after the end. The film is so beautiful and personal. It felt like it spoke to me.

After we adopted Luna, we fostered a kitten who we called Errol. We kept him in our guest bedroom / foster room and visited him regularly to feed him and keep him company. He loved exploring, playing and crawling over me. Last photo is him with his eventual adoptive brother Wesley. #CatsOfBlueSky
