Not sure how long #nufc can keep depending on other results to keep us in the top four hunt. Almost perfect for us today, need to put Forest away to capitalise

@amymayforrester.bsky.social One for you here: youtu.be/OceO3bdPc9E?...

Spending my Saturday evening watching Dr Strangelove with a Marshmallow Stout.

Podcasts were better when they were groups of friends talking about things they're knowledgeable and passionate about. Now the money has taken over, they've become over-produced corporate talk radio shows and full of the people we all stopped watching on TV years ago.

Kelly in for Burn, otherwise lineup stays the same #NUFCLive

Managed to get some Sam Fender tickets for Birmingham - thank you for extra ticket release!

Super #NUFC win today. Feel like we’ve turned a corner.

Watching Inside Out 2 and considering its implications for Cognitive Load Theory.

Staggering run of form Man City are on right now… Liverpool’s to lose already?!

It’s ridiculous how much tougher it is to swim 20 lengths in a 50 m pool as opposed to 40 in a 25m.

Currently on a train, taking 2 little ones to London for the day. Wish me luck…

Really pleased to see so many students so happy with their results this morning. Particularly those who had insisted that they had failed L2 Further Maths back in June!

So this year I’m going to be working towards the NCETM SD Lead accreditation - anyone else doing so/has done so recently?

In all seriousness, felt like I let myself down with my attempt to tick off a bunch of Wainwright Summits in the Lake District this summer - didn’t manage half of what I had hoped due to lack of fitness. Had to remind myself they aren’t going anywhere, and I can return better prepared next year.

Want to build fitness for mountain walking, so decided to give the stair-stepper a go. I am announcing that as a result, I will spend the next 4 days sleeping downstairs on the sofa.

Really enjoying regularly doing some lengths at the pool - need to make sure I manage to find time to keep going when then new academic year kicks in
