First batch of winter cider is going strong - 3 days in and down to 1.000 from an OG of 1.050. About 6.5% ABV expected, and just dropped an Amarillo hop charge in it, which got the degassing going heavy tonight. Will taste after 2-3 days and see where we’re at!
