I hope that's true. better late than never. But more often than not I hear faculty praise what they like and prefer to do in class as "critical pedagogy" because it makes them look great or it's comfortable for them.

Yea I don't think it's a mistake, they aren't interested in liberal politics or leadership, just power. This motivation helps explain why they choose to speak or stay silent, etc.
