Tomb of Dracula #67 features a play called The Passion of Dracula, at the Cherry Lane Theatre in Greenwich Village. It was a real play, co-written and produced by Marvel editor and artist Bob Hall, who'd go on to draw The Avengers, Squadron Supreme etc. The theatre is still going strong to this day.
