Also the naming rights on that area is worth more than a good chunk of the seats they’ll be losing. Seats that are also not used for concerts or most State games

Used to work in sports so my perspective. A business that buys into season tickets is much less volatile than regular fans. Personal accounts drop off frequently (price, life events, performance, etc.) where a business using for entertaining is much less susceptible to those things.

Per the New Orleans subreddit there were multiple and one had to exit the route because people began pelting it with beads and the glass started cracking. Hope for humanity.

Decent crowd. Lot of good giveaways and engagement. I don’t really go to a lot of these types of things but thought it was worth it, actual game aside. Also loved that they projected the player/puck movements on ice. That tech is pretty neat.

I let it fly at baseball games since there’s so much downtime. Same with football during the five-minute timeouts. But during hockey games is amateur and makes it likely people miss something
