I might not be in the same ship as you, but im sailing the the same ocean when it comes to mental health issues, Ive just had 2 weeks off for stress and anxiety issues. so i agree its not fun.

I remember a few years back i was getting a train from Waterloo to Reading, and the a/c was broken on a day like today. lucky i had a garden water bottle to spray myself to keep cool, but it was hell.

its currently 29-30oC in my room i have poured a lot of ice in my fan to see if that will cool things down, but im worried it will just make it humid,

For what it's worth. I've been signed off work last week for anxiety.
Just ride the storm and try to keep busy to take your mind off things.
I still feel anxious but i don't think i could have another week off i need to go back.
