Listening to Kendrick's album again. I kinda realized how underwhelming it was (1/5) I feel like the "deep tracks" don't do much for me. Stuff like Luther just kind of seemed like something Eminem would do just with a West Coast twist Man in the garden seemed pretentious to me...

Probably Schoolboy. I think he's given me the most enjoyment in terms of creating album experiences that are interesting. I think Ab Soul is a tad too pretentious. And Kendrick does certain things for me that piss me off. Rashad I think is too cliche tbh

I disagreed. Idk I think this is just a vanity project and that's it. And I think the West Coast thing this album rides on drags on as it goes. I think that the "deep" tracks don't do much for me since they don't really connect. It's like a 7 for me. I don't think it's a 9 to be honest
