I had a fasting blood test scheduled this morning. I drove my hungry little body to the medical center only to be turned away because the entire hospital’s computer system was hacked & they have 72 hours to pay up the ransom or everyone’s medical record will be accessible to the public.

So I am driving down a very busy street in the valley, and I see this random object in the middle of the road. I say to my kid, is that a turtle? I deliberately avoided the object whatever it was. I stopped the car, looked back and I see a head pop out and start to move across the street.
