I never understood ppl worshipping SNL it is rarely funny and usually slapstick stupid or pandering to power and dismissive of women and mocking of the lgbt folx in an unfunny way. I like satire, if only it were satire instead of stupid clowning.

Back in the early 2000s I was part of the Lesbian Avengers we would advertise by making posters that said, "FLIRTING!" in huge font and underneath, we would write "and activism" in tiny font. You gotta get em through the door before you can change the world. We need this kind of PR.
