talked to my therapist about football related anxiety. she said to pause and reflect on how I feel in anxious moments and ask if its worth how it makes me feel which I thought was really helpful and valuable feedback relayed that to group chat and they were like OF COURSE IT IS SHE DOESNT GET IT

last thing we've been working to get on the texas mdcp program after two years of being on a waitlist. the mdcp provides access to services for disabled kids. we got turned down this week because my son's needs are classified as "personal care" vs "medically dependent"
