Yeen day falls on the same day as my mother's birthday, so there's no chance of missing it. Celebrated both occasions by taking her to our fave steakhouse. We used to go here regularly when there was something to celebrate, but these days, it's usually just once a year, maybe twice.

I get that people, especially artists, sometimes repost their own work to get more exposure, and that's fine and normal. But don't mass-repost your stuff all at once. If I have to regularly keep scrolling through dozens of your unending reposts at once, I'll probably unfollow. :(

First day back at work after the Zombie Jesus holidays. Waste hopper of the coffee machine is full, water tank empty, water filter jug almost empty. The skylight is leaking, flanges are overtightened, log files are not running despite me repeatedly nagging people to have them active. Guh. *grump*

Whenever I'm in Budapest, I also get to enjoy my venerable Creative I-Trigue 3330 speaker system from 2005. I thought it had issues, so I brought it here due to much rarer use, but the issue turned out to be unrelated to the speakers. I just like the look (and sound) of these mid-2000s things. :)
