Call your local poke helpline and tell them the situation, follow their instructions whilst keeping an eye on Scizor's condition.
I also suggest getting Scizor to throw up the blue die and to try and refrain from using any medicines, potions or revives in case that causes a reaction.

It seems to be a psychological trick, the image is just a distraction, they purposely blurred it so you would lean towards [insert device here].
This is all so they can hack your device and scan your brain for gay thoughts whilst you're distracted.

I've got the opposite where I'm caffeine indifferent. I can drink an entire cup of coffee/energy drink/etc and it will do nothing to me.
The only time it affects me is when I've had too much and even then the only side effect is just a faster heart rate.
Caffeine is just unhealthy water to me.
