Also, just a really important note in general, if you’re see an article headline and stop reading there… you learned nothing.
Headlines are always, always, ALWAYS clickbaity and only “partially correct enough” so that it gets you sensationalized.
Read beyond the headline and actually understand.

also i use Krita as my art program but you can use whatever as long as you can export it as a PSD it'll work in Live2D
