When I was maybe 5 or 6 years old, I used to think that apple cider vinegar was actually 'apple side of vinegar' and that really confused me. Because my kid brain knew that it was grammatically incorrect and also serving apples as a side to VINEGAR was a sin to my still developing foodie mind. 😅
