in order for you to "get into private health insurance", said employer must provide (and not the shitty minimum insurance/ maximum deductibles/copays most of those that do have). Most employers of entry level employees do not do that. shit most employers in general do not do that.

in order to get a job, someone must hire you. The majority of entry level employment out there is part time and not paying enough to allow an employee to exist on that paycheck.
