I should do the next best thing and put your feet up with a cuppa and a good book 😊

Sky Arts are showing the version with Benedict as the monster on 11th, I'm going to watch that too 😊

Jonny was the monster in this performance, he was wonderful. His 'birth' too was quite a scene - almost frantic and brutal in parts. I imagine it was very different to Benedict's as physically they're quite different. Both great actors, tho.

Now you've drawn my attention to it, I can tell it's the same time signature as Brubeck's Take 5 🙂

Glad you enjoyed 🙂 I'll try and see it myself I think!

Ted, Yvonne and Carl. You can't imagine the goosebumps that's just given me, Michael! Incidentally, I've been a little bit in love with Yvonne since I first saw her in this in the 70s 😊 I had never noted the time signature before, but I'm sure I know what you mean 🙂

It's got to be the original 1973 film and soundtrack for me 😊

I'd no idea what to expect, I couldn't see how it would work, but it was brilliantly done 😄

As they say - use it or lose it. Once these places gone, they're gone. JCS - is it a new version? Mine and my Mums favourite. I know every note and every word 💙🎶

Small, local cinemas are rare gems indeed Michael, such a shame more haven't survived.

That's a lovely memory, Buzz 😊 I really enjoyed A Better Man mostly because I LOVE Robbie; hubby doesn't yet still thought it hugely enjoyable. A most unusual format very well done, we thought 😃🐵

Glad you enjoyed. I love a near empty cinema - we went to see the Robbie Williams film a few weeks ago and we're the only ones in there! I'll deffinitely try to see Conclave, if only for Cardinal Stan 😉😄

And to you too Peter. I shall, of course, be having a traditional Welsh lunch with the girls today as usual 😊🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

That line always reminds me of my Mum. That and "You can't call a kitten Spider." I always hear them in her voice ❤️

It's not Alan Bates, it's just Jesus 😕

Thank you for drawing my attention to this Bert, I missed it! A wonderful example of the classic Compo Point! 😆👍
