"who you think will say yes"
you suffer from the same delusion as current "opposition" politicians. you speak from a place of upholding decorum and political tradition. while you wait for someone to say yes, a few of your contemporaries have literally teamed up to buy and dismantle the government

and here's further proof that there is no such thing as an ethical billionaire. careful mark, you walk a very thin line between us and them. the pathological behaviors that allow your class of ultra-rich to do what they do is rearing its very ugly head.

nobody will do that, and i'd go as far as predicting that the current governmental syndicate will use him as an example once they get their way with the death penalty.

...and the democrats/opposition are comfortably seated at a table just out of reach of the crime scene, happily eating their cafe lunches while democracy bleeds out on the curb

i will sound like a conspiratorial doomsayer for saying this, but this is exactly what they want. you can almost guarantee any protest that gets enough national attention will be infiltrated by the most extreme of the right and they will incite violence. they will then attempt a national emergency.
comment in response to

there should be an emergency session, but there won't be. they control EVERYTHING. i am not speaking in hyperbole, they have been infiltrated and outsmarted at every level. they will soon start using every bit of data that musk-aligned companies have generated from our usage of their products.

you know exactly what's happening. stop with the platitudes. you're either complicit or powerless to stop it. the former is enraging. the latter is terrifying. if you cannot help stop it, please step down and allow a thoroughly vetted replacement to actually try.

they've known this for a while and that's why they're doing it. a lot of what's happening is not the psychopathic whims of some geriatrics. they have been outplayed at every level of power in whatever we call this country. the only hope is that they turn on the right, but they backed the wrong one.

please engage with and respond to your supporters on here - you are a public servant, not a celebrity. you should be openly communicative with the people, not sitting in the safety of your office posting pleasantries on the internet at arm's length. your people are scared and looking for answers.

do not trust this man or what he tells you - he's a sycophantic yes man only serving political platitudes on social media while the country is taken over.
just like the rest of them, we know which side you're on.
comment in response to

this should be implied, but for obvious reasons, i have to state that i do not endorse nor encourage any violence or breaking of any laws. things need to get really uncomfortable, really fast for anyone who voted for more of this. the flag, its pole and the foundation it stands on is now upside down

i appreciate your optimism and i once shared it; however we are in a place where these people cannot be rationalized with. no explanation of any idea from anyone they disagree with will sway them. they literally elected a felon and allowed him to install an unelected bureaucrat with unchecked power.

a very large majority of these folks finding out now were given almost 10 years and didnt even acknowledge what they were being told about this man and his syndicate. they ignored it when they printed a playbook of exactly what they were going to do. all of this information has been out in the open.

when democrats propose plans for tackling any issues, they're immey twisted and labeled as "radical". they have quite literally inverted the common sense of truth and facts in the minds of their supporters. anything the cult doesn't like is woke, anything woke is bad.
comment in response to
post
he's absolutely right - it doesn't matter. or it shouldn't. woke is a black-american term that was appropriated and twisted to mean what the right describes it as today. it's usage is heavily rooted in racism. if you're a white person, odds are you have no idea about this.
comment in response to

these geriatrics need to leave government. this dude's name is steny, when was the last time anyone heard of a dude named steny? that's some old-timey early white person sounding shit. it even sounds like it was derived from the name of a dinosaur.

the fire is nearly uncontrollable, and now is the time to stop placating us on social media and get to work on putting it out. the time was january 2021. that time has passed and now it's here; our institutions are burning and the play-nice democrats continue to watch the opposition spread the fire.

we need more of this, turned up to 11. call them out, put on blast exactly what they're doing. people like you are the last hope for america as we know it, and it seems there are very few of those people left in a position of power to do anything. it feels desperate out here.

quiet, traitor. you and your ilk are entirely responsible for the situation we're in. you've already shown us where your loyalties lie by showing up to kiss the ring. the blood will be on your hands.
comment in response to

it's "safe for now"? did you already forget about the treasury breach that just happened? did you forget that they already have EVERY bit of data we've generated for decades? do something and stop posting platitudes on social media. i'm sick of you people pretending the fire is controllable.

their laws are not for them, they're for us. they follow their own set of laws. almost the entirety of the government no longer represents us, as clearly evidenced by the real-time destruction of our national moral fabric.
both the presidents are playing chess with each other and we're the pawns.

he (or whoever is really responsible) already has. the rule of law is no more. vesuvius has blown; it's only a short amount of time until the pyroclastic surge turns us all into a history lesson.

during the day, i try to help educate and provide access to my coworkers who may not know what's happening
by night, i come here to virtually bash fascists and call out our public representatives who have been brave enough to join us here

one of the worst parts about this is that it's just blowing the doors open for even more wild extremist goons to come through and try worse things. not only will there be more like him, but in 5 years' time he could be regarded as a bumbling old man similar to the way we currently feel about GWB

this is all a theory, i do not work for the government

our computers have been collecting every bit of data we generate that they imagine. to think the government wasnt given access in any sort of test runs prior to these companies going public with the technology is hopelessly optimistic. they already have everything. that's why AI has spread like fire

hypothetically, imagine i work with the government and i have a pretty good idea how they run their internal software ecosystems. we know what the criminal's "department" has done; please remember we have been willingly giving this information to them for decades. the government was always second.

no need to unravel and reveal anything, it's already out in the open. they told the country exactly what they were going to do; (approximately) 1/3 of americans voted for it, another 1/3 were against it and the last 1/3 didn't seem like it was even worth voting about.
"america is cooked"

it's already happened friend. they did it and now they're just slowly moving all the pieces into play. there are a LOT of pieces. our politicians/billionaires (the very few that exist anyway) either can't or won't stop it, both are equally terrifying.

not exactly; this is what they want US to focus on
the white house knows what it's doing and is laser-focused on that mission

if this is the actual pete, you're going to have to do something other than posting platitudes on social media very soon, secretary.
the takeover is well underway and citizens need to see action from those we thought we could trust.
you seem to be a good one, but you must re-earn that trust.

you are in the government. DO SOMETHING.
all of you are just sitting on your hands performing for social media. YOU are responsible for where we are.
are you in on it? did you just decide it wasn't so bad and to wait 4 years and see how it goes? do you have no power to stop it?
both are enraging

identify and explain that person's hypocrisy and bigotry? WE, the people support segregation of good people from shitty people no matter their favorite color, skin color or preferred letter
if you have to debate what qualifies as a good person, you're part of the problem and probably aren't one

this is the correct way of thinking. he now has full access to the wealth of knowledge that all the companies who lined up to kiss the ring have gathered on us for decades.

i hate to be a harbinger of doom, but from an IT security perspective, it must be assumed that if the data was actually taken, then it has been leaked. it most certainly exists outside of their circle of control. they will try to cover it up or pin it on "the radicals" trying to sabotage from within

this is just the start of that "temporary hardship" he was talking about, he's just so out of touch with the common person that he has no idea how his whims affect them (his supporters don't even understand)
or he's just as shitty as he's made himself in the public eye and he knows what he's doing.

not only that, but congressmen and even the president can say whatever they want to anyone they want! and no, there are no consequences for them anymore.
america is a mess.

nobody should get rich from working in the government. there should be knowledgeable people who have dedicated themselves to public service and are working toward a more universal and prosperous standard of American living.

i support gun ownership and the 2nd amendment, and i simultaneously believe in far more strict gun control. we need political term limits and to take away all ability to profit from working in the government, aside from providing a livable wage. we need to remove corporate money and influence.

i want small, effective government that serves to make American life more equitable for all citizens. a government that defends its citizens from all threats to American ideals. one that protects against large american industry giants from profiting off the misery of people.
