reading the patch notes, i remember finding this out on my own, a fun oversight.
also that patch came out just three months after the inital release (jan 2016).
i always thought i came to undertale late but turns out i was pretty early since i remember this came out weeks after i got true ending.

per the wiki, you need at least 90 for goner kid and 61, 62, and 63 for each gaster followers. but im not sure if it has to be equal or equal or greater.

agree, it was the best one so far. and even though its darker than 3 it did have the funniest battle yet. the midboss. that was just straight up ytp humor and im so glad that type of stuff fits so well with the rest of deltarune.
