I have been involved in writing, winning and administrating federal grants I can attest to how helpful try intensely rigorous the layers of oversight are that extend over the years of the Grant life into the future. It wasn’t a game getting, winning or implementing the grant project execution!

Hi! Ya, the two young people that own Tampopo have made a nice company. Have you ever tried Natto? Japanese restaurants often have it on the menu. If you want good research info you could just go to NYture Natto in Brooklyn NY's website. It's great to add to the diet. - Susan
