From personal experience, the chatbots just throw out cue after cue to keep you engaged BUT the cues are not related. They are very closely tied to the thing just previously said.

This is harsh but the average US citizen is simply ignorant about how anything in the world works. They barely think ahead or pay attention to things that will directly impact their lives right now let alone the future. Forget about anything impacting the lives of others outside their 5ft sphere.

If true, the insurance companies should be pressured to not insure these people. That may not be necessary though as I'm sure the underwriters will weigh the potential lawsuits and find the ICE agents uninsurable.
