I came for the art, but I‘m slowly sliding into the insane about skullman camp.

1. Opt out of facebook www.facebook.com/help/contact... and instagram. help.instagram.com/contact/7672... 2. Find your country's agency on this list. Send an email to your EU data protection agency using the template below (copy the ALT-text and modify it). www.edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/a...

Reminds the me of the English not-King, who ruled until the end of his natural life and got a state burial only to be exhumed years(?) later,to be put on trial for treason. After, conviction’they dangled his embalmed corpse from the roof as a cautionary tale,as if dude hadn’t just died in his sleep.

Could you make an interim account to explain the situation? At least that way some of your audience might be able to find out what’s happening and more eyeballs on a situation like this seems to help reverse these decisions sometimes.

Yeah I was immediately reminded of this. Literally cartoon villian archetype.

Oh yeah, I was specifically talking about the German context. Rent prices are out of control bad, but they’re not London or New York bad yet. If you’re ok with not being in the hippest part of town in a gorgeous crumbling turn of the century building, finding a 2 room for ~600€ is still possible.

Also it’s 1200€/mo, if you‘re anyone but a student living in a flatshare that is not an amount of income that can actually pay for your life. In any given major city rent+utilities is half that. Add transport, internet, phone, insurances, food and that kind of budget isn‘t really enough to survive.

This isn't an article by a Japanese journalist. It's a translation of a Slate article and the English version is much harsher. slate.com/life/2025/03...

My BF has running commentary in his mind apprently, wich is WILD to me. At the same time he can’t believe that I have mostly silence. I only think in words when I‘m actively phrasing. I have a mix of imagery, feelings and memory association I‘d say.

Also no one in the US even knows or has the machinery to produce the needed 5 little screws. So you‘d still have to import some VERY expensive tiny screws to assemble in the US. That’s legitimately the reason Apple didint move more manufacturing back to the US. They tried. It wasn’t feasible.

Too much detail, you say? I fully would have sat there and drawn each individual line.😭😭😭 That brush is so cool.

I‘m probably going to get the system, but games are definitely more of an ‚when physically on offer‘ or second hand thing. I‘m not paying 80$ for each game lol.

I just compiled an early 90s reference folder a few months ago and Pinterist was, at that point still pretty helpful. Lots of magazine scans. Other than that you can try show stills or vintage celebrity pictures.

You can! Your printer just needs to be able to handle thick paper. A pigment based printer is a plus, but in my experience not an absolute necessity. You could also ask a local print shop to print on your watercolor paper. Worked well for me, before I had a fancy printer.
