6:30 AM, almost nobody at the pool (because of snowmaggedon), had an entire lane to myself (sweet!). Tried this as part of main set: 12 x 50 descending (15 sec. rest) Swim out / kick back. If you do it right, you should be on verge of puking during last 50. You’re welcome. 🇨🇦🇫🇷
