Watching images of rockets and bombs fall. People die for following despots. I sit in luxury as they suffer. I alone am powerless to stop it. Money, Greed and righteousness, Narcissists starting wars to enrich themselves. My heart is heavy.

Without congressional approval, cheeto just bombed 3 targets in Iran. People need to start blaming their elected reps for not doing their jobs. I hope for the sake of all mankind that the us of cheeto makes it to the midterm elections, bur my fear is that orangaid will not accept the results. Shame.

I used to walk with my mother on Sunday afternoons. We would follow the trails and always come home rested, mentally. I find myself walking between shifts, to keep my mind occupied. I walk about 2km per day with my dog, 3 times around the block.7 days a week 700+ km/year. Nearly 3000km or1800 miles

I have lived with depression for well over 40 years, before it was a thing. I can' t remember the last time I was happy for more then 10 minutes in a row, I never cried when my wife left with the kids, when my sister died or when my mother died. I process grief with apathy. I long to feel, anything.

I find it horrifying that many news outlets in the "UNITED" states of a just keep repeating that cheeto can't do this or that, convinced that a superman will show up to save them. cheeto will do as he pleases, has no one seen this or are they so naive on purpose? Wishful thinking won't save you.

Civic duty? Perhaps voting can be an obligation but for me it is a way to show my respect for those who fought for these rights, maintain these rights and continue to preserve these rights. I am also very proud to be Canadian and very much love my country. VOTE!

If it were only cheeto and his staff. As a Canadian, I bear no ill will to Americans in general. Like a rotting tree, though, not all can be blamed on the admin. Once the bark is peeled back, I can see the extent of the rot, a lot of it goes straight to the core and the tree needs to be tended too.

It's nice to know that cheeto in chief can write executive orders for tariffs and tax Americans but the actual people who are voted into congress and the senate to produce bills, laws and taxes haven' t complained about not having done anything since their inauguration. I do wish that news outlets and bloggers would stop using words like " humiliated" to describe cheetos comeuppance. We saw a small child put him in his place in the Oval Office. Look through your Thesaurus' people. Stop using words that people know so well. Make them think again. # MTTA.
