Oh boy oh boy do I wish I knew. One thing that sometimes helps me is thinking back on any similar projects or challenges from the past and the feeling of relief, satisfaction, joy, or whatever else that I felt after being done with it. It helps remembering the relief of "I don't HAVE to anymore"
