Sadly I'm in the US, but I'm hoping y'all in the EU can set a precedent. My fingers are crossed for y'all and I've boosted your post.

If I get those I'll probably pull out my minority card to ask for money. Probably in a snarky way saying like "to start actually helping trans people"

Maybe you shouldn't be lazy when it comes to respecting others.

Who is the "he" you're referring to? Because Juniper has she/her in her bio.

I made a disgusted face when I passed a cyber truck last week. I hope the driver saw me.

Yep. They're so detached from the consequences. If they all didn't have billion dollar tax payer financed safe houses their tune might change.

I was more or less playing devil's advocate for a bit to dismantle the "he's not a dictator" argument by essentially saying he's behaving like one and thus "might as well be one". He should've been impeached and removed months ago for his fascist actions.

The one good thing about GrapheneOS is Google's Play Services are in a timeout corner (only have Network Permissions) and there's no digital assistant selected by default. Now I can use my smartphone the way my millennial ass feels content with.

He's not officially a dictator, sure, but if no one stands up to him and/or gives him consequences for his actions he might as well be one. I hate how everyone in the government is so spineless in regards to this. They're just letting him seize power.

I wonder if this limit has to do with an integer overflow of some sort with how VGA signals are constructed.

Is he suggesting he train grok on its own output? Does he not realize this is the best way to poison an LLM?

It should not take me 1.5 hours to rebind an "analog stick" to a D-Pad, and shuffle around the triggers and bumpers for an all digital input controller.

Exactly. It's my most played Gen but I would laugh at anyone suggesting it as a first. If you really want to play Kanto first, FRLG is far more beginner friendly. It's still not my first choice to introduce someone with.

I have many issues with HGSS, but that or platinum is probably the best place to start with classic Pokemon. My biases are very specific to me and I understand I hold an unpopular opinion on HGSS.

As someone who loves Gen 1 with it being my most played Gen at this point... Hell no. It's broken and a few bad strokes of RNG can lead to a team wipe. That said, the brokenness and silly unpredictability is why I like playing it, but you do need a lot of prior knowledge to enjoy such a thing.
comment in response to
post
I feel like Pokemon fans should at least play them once. But they should do so knowing how broken it is and using it to their advantage. It's my favorite generation to play because it requires niche knowledge and plays very differently from modern Pokemon.

Yeah, it's just I have a lot on my plate in my life and at work. I also have memory related disabilities and executive function issues. I can try but sometimes I just can't.

@schumer.senate.gov I’ve been told you also chicken out when it matters. Shut this government down. Reclaim the power of the purse, the Power of Congress. @barackobama.bsky.social help us convince Chuck that a government shutdown is a sensible course of action. This Bill will kill Americans

Yes, Trump is trying to threaten us to pass his shit bill with government shutdown. We shouldn't give in.

I'm pretty sure my senators are on board with that. Kinda surprised as Klobuchar is usually a huge tool. But we shall see. I don't have time to call them given what work is like ATM, but I'll try to remember to do so tonight.

"It's a recent phenomenon" they say when they ignore the fact that Nazis burned all the research and info 90 years ago.

Yep, the fact that people think others don't deserve healthcare is insane. How can anyone be so heartless?
comment in response to
post
Yep. And the worst part is people just don't like listening to children for some reason. They try to communicate their needs. It's what mammals and especially people do.
comment in response to
post
Yeah, kids will try to manipulate things to say get a day off of school, but a D in gym is not indicative of trying to manipulate.
comment in response to
post
Yep, I hate this. Not many people are going to fake things for attention. And if they are there's going to be clear indicators and holes in the story.

For my disability, I'm born with it. But people have and still dismiss key portions of it. I don't eat certain foods? Picky, not trying to avoid vomiting. I do some type of stim? Made fun of. Executive dysfunction? Nah, just lazy.
Like it's always a negative assumption. I hate it.
