A belief that there is one right way to do things.
That's my dig at people pretending if you're not resisting their way then you're collaborating or whatever.

And he's got the House working on more voter suppression bills (another reason we MUST take the House in 2026), and he's looking to take over the post office. Why? MAIL IN BALLOTS.

No. He's basically saying blackmail is fine as long as we get what we want and pretending people pointing out how fucked that is are just mad.

That you still want to try and minimize people's objections to what you posted and pretend what trump and musk are doing to Ukraine should be applauded is very disturbing.

The US government and Musk are blackmailing a sovereign country into signing away their resource rights to us. 👈🏾 That's all I need to know. The fact that we do need the resources is irrelevant if this is how we get them.

Wait, "negotiating"??? Is that what you think trump is doing? He's bullying. Threatening. Blackmailing Ukraine. Turning his back on Ukraine in order to get access to the exact thing Russia was after when it invaded Ukraine: It's resources
And you're applauding that? Man, fuck all the way off.

Let's not forget that my state elected the likes of Vance and Moreno. And has a governor who sent Husted to the Senate. We have some of the most gullible voters in the union.

That makes sense. But the committee itself shouldn't have held up the data from their own investigation (which was stellar). The DOJ would have had to verify every bit of that evidence again anyway.

understand why they held off giving the DOJ their data for months. The DOJ still had to crosscheck and verify it all, but that delay from J6 still puzzles me.

I agree. Courts were still in a bit of chaos when things first started happening with the investigation.
And the investigation started right after Garland was sworn in. Not after the J6 committee started.
And another slowdown for DOJ was the J6 Committee. I love their work but I still don't

Yep! Meadows was one of the main ones. That process took months. And there were a few others. Who was the first guy they raided and took his phones? Not Rudy. There was someone else...

I blame that "centrist" bullshit created in 2016 to attack Dems and Clinton for how some folks just do not understand this shit now.

They mainly lean left or right but can adopt any ideology so can be far-left as well.
What Dems are not is at the center of the spectrum. You might see moderate Dems, more liberal Dems, or more conservative Dems, but as a political party, Democrats are to the left.

far left or radical left, Indies, and far-right or radical right. The entire GOP pretty much falls into that radical right category now.
There are others, but this is deep enough.
Indies fall more in the Center, so many Indies can be called Centrists.

😩
Progressives don't have to be Dems, but many are.
Progressivism isn't a political party. It's an ideology. One that unfortunately has been distorted in the last several years.
The political spectrum is,
Left - Center - Right
Along that spectrum you have different subsets, like

That doesn't happen overnight, as some folks seem to think. Just getting access to phones from key people took about a year.

The other point these folks ignore is that investigations are necessary when charging people with crimes. And it doesn't matter what we think. All that matters is if prosecutors believe they have a case they can prove. And the only way to get to that point is to investigate and turn up evidence.
