I'm just deathly afraid of needles and by proxy hospitals.

So the Mahjong you should play is Riichi Mahjong, that's the most popular one. There's games like Mahjong Soul with decent enough tutorials, but on YouTube you can find some that aren't too long to bore people. Mahjong is essentially Poker with way more win conditions.

I've seen the starter decks or whatever on sale but never gotten deeper into it

What game is that?
comment in response to post
Yea, I get that. The way I get around the difficulty is cheesing the enemies with hit and run and stuff like that. Gotta break the game back when it's trying to break you.

Even in co-op?

Also I forgot to mention that SF6 has some really good HUD options. I can just make the opponent faceless, it helps a lot.

Oh damn, I love this style, do you take comissions?

Not western but the manga Übel Blatt has some wild "German" names like Köinzell, Schtemwölech and Güsstav.

I have the R16 and I always have two buttons disabled, but have 4 different profiles for where I want the active buttons to be. It's pretty useful

Riichi can only be declared if you have a fully closed hand. Calling Pon or Chi will actually limit your possible yaku you can accomplish. That's why it's better as a beginner to focus on declaring riichi, because you'll get a better idea on how to think about tiles.

I would just stick to riichi until you can recognise the other ones, but be my guest.

Clearsky is a good way to figure out if you've been added to lists.

It's a stand-alone mash up roguelike game where they'll just add different bosses from past games, because why not.

Around 15 days of doing all the missions which usually boils down to one match is all you need to complete the BP. Alternatively you can wait for the weeklies to refresh and do those instead and it'll take around 4 weeks.

While Risk of Rain 2 will be near to my heart, I can't in good conscience recommend it after Gearbox shafted it. What I can recommend is Risk of Rain Returns which is Risk of Rain 1 but more pixels and QoL changes and an actual functioning online mode. store.steampowered.com/app/1337520/...

Death Road to Canada. One of my favourite roguelikes that I play with friends when they come over. It's goofy, silly, stupid. Just don't name characters after yourselves if you value your friendship. store.steampowered.com/app/252610/D...
