Remember that Employee Standard complaint filed by a begrudging ex staff who lied about his resume & claimed OT going far as taking random pic of the restaurant clock to prove he worked till midnight (he took the clock at 12noon) We submitted new evidence & did not hear back

Last night I almost crashed my car due to lack of sleep. Raiden has been doing so well the past 3 days w/ sleep only last night he kept waking up screaming. Couldn’t sooth with anything but a car ride. Did it from 11pm-6am. Kept waking up. I’m so tired…

Frustrated w/ situation w/ our Autistic toddler. Seems every achievement is only short term. It’s like one small step forward and gigantic 5 steps back. What are we doing wrong here? Now he’s back to not sleeping till 4am
