I used a custom teeth and tongue kit and rigged it to my face in Blender, so it’s a custom tongue (with a piercing!) but posed using the vanilla bones 😁

It’s a little janky, but you can use standard or X/Z and then scale the body down to use mods for that body type (and maybe use a smoother, non muscular texture if needed). I personally use Z and scale it down for gposes 😁
