When I lived in Chicago, my ex-husband and I used to love to go to Mother’s Day restaurant which was in Berwyn or Cicero and it was a Greek diner and oh man... I would have a three egg omelette or Belgian waffle, while he had veal Parmesan.

A few things that struck me this year that support this beyond most…astounding numbers of young adults have no idea how banks/checks work, too many men have no idea how the female reproductive system, and schools spend more time teaching Greek mythology than on the history of slavery in the US.
