Get a physical diary. Day to a page. Make a list everyday, triage the list. If it’s A it has to be done that day. If it’s B it’s important but not critical. If it’s C, whatever. Get all your As done each day, carry the Bs and Cs forward to the next day, transforming them to As according to urgency.

As for illegal border crossings at the US-Canada border, seems like more flow into Canada via the US than the other way. So it can’t be that either. Whatever can it be.

This is obviously a bad thing, but it’s worth remembering that we were erased and invisible at a broad cultural level for most of the twentieth century (and all the ones before that). As a result, queer communities were deeply creative and welcoming safe havens. We can be that for each other again.
