Agreed. I just worry for those in red states who try to file claims with their state HRC and they mostly get dual filed— the states may kick and cite the EO. It’s not legal but will happen and frustrate efforts with confusion.

Correct. But as someone who ran the state level equivalent in KY I know some states will use this EO as a way to stifle enforcement. It serves as a signal to those in search of one.

I don’t use FB but I do use IG and looking at metrics it doesn’t drive but 1% of my newsletter traffic.

Not at all... in the before times Twitter was seen and I grew followers and people reading my work. Now can't generate any here, and no traffic to my sub either, and over on Twitter posts get no more than 60 views instead of a few thousand before.
