I added that to my play list the other day but I haven’t watched it yet.

Twitter murdered small accounts, killing their reach. Bluesky will show everyone the posts of everyone they follow. Which means these shops have a real chance to reach comics readers here, new and old. We just gotta help share their posts! Follow 'em and help out! go.bsky.app/Bj3QcoC

Hahahaha. Yeah, Robert Kanigher wrote the nuttiest Lois Lane stories of all time. I just love that Superman keeps a machine hanging around the Fortress of Solitude that’ll just totally change your race. Like why would anyone even invent that?!? Mind boggling!

Most definitely! Not only some of the best Silver age covers of all time but the stories are just Batshit crazy most of the time. Sometimes when I tell people that it’s my favorite Superman title of all time they look at me like I’m crazy but they’re missing out on absolute gems.

Me too! Huge fan. I especially love the work he did for the Warren mags in the 70s. As a kid in the 70s my comic collection basically started with Mad, Cracked, Creepy, Eerie and Vampirella. Was so happy to add this to my collection!!!

Yeah it just arrived today! Superman’s Girl Friend Lois Lane is one of my favorite titles of all time. Even though Irv Novick only drew 11 issues, this one with Lois going full Hunter S. Thompson with a biker gang is easily his best in the run. And that’s Superman in disguise as well!

He should have changed the name to Sewer. Soon the only people left there will be the worst of humanity.

According to Google it was a mere Sneak Preview however this fellow says he saw it in its entirety at the 1974 convention. However, 1975 was indeed FM’s Hammer themed Con. Now it’s a mystery to solve!

If I remember right that Con was the US premiere of the Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires! The awesome Hammer/Shaw Brothers Kung Fu Horror Spectacular!!!
