Between his stupid penalties and him costing the Wings goals by playing way out of position, he’s cost the team games in recent weeks. If we’re going to see rookie mistakes, let’s at least bring rookies up to make them and let them get baptized by fire.

I hear you on back issues. I’m good on throwing my back out a couple times a year (and I need to get better at hitting the gym in my “old” age 😂)
But yeah, I’ve found I can keep my form so much better using a barbell instead of a diamond.

Oh definitely. When I was in grad school, I started deadlifting without one and going lighter/high reps, and it really helped my core strength out

Yeah, fortunately I’ve practiced long enough that I only had to take the essay portion. Good thing too, since they dumped the MBE for multiple choice questions written by Kaplan, and those Qs were apparently hot garbage.
